Were partnering with a school system in the Ridgecrest area that is expanding its team for the upcoming school year. They are seeking 10 full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about supporting K12 students through high-quality, impactful communication services.

Position Overview

As a school-based SLP, you will work directly with students, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to provide evaluations, therapy, and ongoing communication support.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
Provide direct therapy using evidence-based methods
Develop, update, and implement IEP goals
Participate in IEP meetings and support families with communication-related needs
Maintain accurate progress documentation and compliance standards
Collaborate with educators and support teams to ensure student growth

Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
Active California SLP License (or eligibility)
School-based experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for working with diverse student populations

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $52$60+, depending on experience
Guaranteed full-time hours
